Design and construction of a residential building over 24 meters high, housing 26 residential units and a commercial space, with an A+ energy rating. The compact nature of the lot guided the architectural configuration of the building, leading to the creation of deep balconies that integrate with and interact with the interior living spaces.
The exterior cladding, characterized by vertical wood and brass sheet metal, draws inspiration from the natural setting of the surrounding pine forest, a distinctive feature of the area. The project is completed by a custom design approach and careful attention to construction details, both in the interior and exterior spaces.
